Playbook Fusion has been granted a Recognition Notice from the Malta Gaming Authority, allowing the provider to deliver its flagship Playbook Football title to operators licensed by the MGA.

This is another milestone moment for the provider, significantly increasing the addressable market for Playbook Football™ and building on the momentum of securing a supplier licence from the UK Gambling Commission last year.

Playbook Fusion is on a mission to bring never-before-seen sports gaming content to operators in regulated markets across the world. It does this by combining the worlds of mobile gaming and sports betting to create an entirely new genre of immersive gambling game.

This can be seen in the studio’s first title, Playbook Football™, a unique football strategy betting game where players build their own teams, compete in matches, earn rewards and climb divisions while placing bets.

Malta-licensed operators who have an RGS integration with Games Global will be able to get first access to Playbook Football™, with the game now available to be enabled immediately and the first operators already live.

Steve RogersFounder and CEO of Playbook Fusion, said: “This is the start of another important chapter in the Playbook Fusion story, with Malta considered to be one of the top licensing authorities in the world.

“This licence gives us access to a large, global market of operators that will benefit hugely from adding Playbook Football™ to their lineup, allowing them to engage an entirely new type of player while providing a fresh experience to existing customers

“Being able to satisfy the regulator’s strict requirements is a strong indicator of the quality of our product and is a testament to the incredible team we have built at Playbook Fusion.

“This is just the beginning, and armed with our Malta Gaming Authority licence, I have no doubt we will continue to go from strength to strength in the months and years ahead.”
